CURRY BRAND SERIES 7 ‘COTTON CANDY’
Release Date: September 26, 2025
The Under Armour Curry signature line ultimately consisted of 13 signature models, although Stephen Curry would wear only 12 of them during his partnership with the brand. The relationship between Under Armour and Curry Brand came to an abrupt end in November 2025, shortly after the Curry Series 7 began its general release. As a result, the Series 7 became Curry’s final signature model worn in an NBA game during his partnership with Under Armour.
Originally introduced during the 2025 NBA Playoffs, the Curry Series 7 was positioned as a performance-driven “super shoe,” featuring Under Armour’s dual-density Flo technology. The design incorporated a softer Flo foam intended to provide enhanced cushioning, enclosed within an outer layer of firmer Flo foam engineered to deliver greater durability and stability. The Moniker ‘Series 7’ was given as the models intended purpose was to last a 7-game series.
The “Cotton Candy” colorway embraces a vibrant pastel aesthetic inspired by Stephen Curry’s well-known appreciation for sweets. The upper combines bright pastel tones, while the outsole features a distinctive three-color gradient. Sky Blue begins at the heel, transitions into Pink through the midfoot, and finishes with Orange across the larger, decoupled forefoot section.
Stephen Curry debuted the “Cotton Candy” colorway during the 2025–26 NBA season opener against the Los Angeles Lakers. Playing in Los Angeles, Curry delivered an all-around performance, finishing with 23 points, 1 rebound, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 1 block as the Warriors secured a 119–109 victory.
The “Cotton Candy” serves as an important colorway in Curry’s signature-shoe history, representing one of the final chapters of his long-running partnership with Under Armour and the final signature model he would wear on an NBA court for the brand.
