PE stands for Player Exclusive, and the Curry 9 PE ‘March Madness’ was a special edition released exclusively for student-athletes at schools sponsored by Under Armour, ahead of the 2022 NCAA Basketball Tournament. The Texas Tech Red Raiders, one of the most prominent Under Armour-sponsored schools in the tournament, made it to the Sweet 16 before ultimately falling to Duke, 73-78.
The Curry 9 PE ‘March Madness’ features a grey upper with a black sock liner, complemented by iridescent accents on the upper, tongue, and outsole. The insole also features a distinctive design, with the Bay Bridge logo printed on the heel.
