Curry Flow 10 sample ‘SPK’

Release Date: November 11, 2022

Stephen Curry is famously known for his sweet tooth—a trait that sparked the original idea for a collaboration with Sour Patch Kids. While candy-inspired designs first appeared on the Curry 1, the official partnership began in 2019 with the release of the Curry 7. The Curry Flow 10 ‘SPK’ represents the evolution of that collaboration, blending vibrant, candy-themed aesthetics into the shoe’s patchwork design, drawing inspiration from previous models.

Technically, the Curry Flow 10 builds upon the innovations of the Curry Brand’s previous two signature shoes, incorporating upgraded UA Flow and UA Warp 2.0 technologies. These enhancements aim to deliver a lighter, more breathable experience with improved support. The refined Warp 2.0 features strategically placed tapes of varying widths across the upper, based on data from high-stress zones during Stephen's quick, dynamic movements. This engineering approach optimizes performance by providing tailored stability and comfort on the court.

The Curry Flow 10 ‘SPK’ made its first public appearance during the Golden State Warriors' Media Day on September 25, 2022. It debuted on court on October 27, 2022, in a game against the Miami Heat, where Curry delivered a standout performance: 33 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists, and 7-of-14 shooting from beyond the arc in a Warriors victory.

The pair shown is an SMS (Salesman Sample). While there may be minor differences, the design closely reflects that of the final retail version. SMS samples are typically produced using the same materials, trims, and accessories as those used in the general release.
