Prior to his birthday, Curry’s children—Riley, Ryan, and Canon—surprised him with a custom “Gifted Flow” edition of the Under Armour Curry Flow 8. The gift was revealed through a scavenger hunt at home, culminating in a vibrant pink and blue sneaker designed collaboratively by all three children. Each contributed their own creative ideas, which were combined into a single, meaningful design.
The game marked the first time Curry wore shoes designed by his children in an NBA setting, adding emotional significance to the occasion. He went on to deliver a dominant performance, with his family in attendance, making the night a unique blend of personal celebration and professional excellence.
Following strong fan interest, Under Armour released a limited retail version of the “Gifted Flow” colorway on March 22, 2021.
