UA CURRY 3 ‘ALL-STAR’

Stephen Curry made his fourth NBA All-Star appearance during the 2016–17 NBA season, debuting the Under Armour Curry 3 “All-Star” during NBA All-Star Weekend, held February 17–19, 2017, at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The Curry 3 “All-Star” features a metallic copper upper accented with distinctive metallic threads woven into the Threadborne material. The medial side incorporates copper Anafoam with reflective detailing, while the midsole transitions from copper to black. Metallic speckling across the outsole completes the shoe’s distinctive design.
Selected as a Western Conference All-Star starter, Curry recorded 21 points, four rebounds, six assists, and one steal, shooting 5-for-11 from three-point range. His performance helped the Western Conference secure a 192–182 victory over the Eastern Conference.
The 2017 All-Star Game was also a historic milestone for the Golden State Warriors, marking the first time four players from the franchise were selected to the All-Star team in the same season. Curry was joined by teammates Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and newly acquired Kevin Durant, foreshadowing dominance in the NBA.
