To commemorate Stephen Curry’s fourth consecutive NBA Finals appearance in 2018, as well as the Golden State Warriors’ pursuit of back-to-back championships, Under Armour introduced the Curry 5 “Championship Pack.” Offered as two separate colorways, the White edition featured a sleek, all-white upper accented with gold detailing on the heel and tongue, complemented by gold speckling on the midsole and a translucent outsole—elements designed to symbolize championship excellence.
On May 31, 2018, Curry debuted the White Curry 5 Championship Pack during Game 1 of the NBA Finals, delivering an outstanding performance with 29 points, 6 rebounds, and 9 assists, while shooting 5-of-11 from beyond the arc. His efforts helped secure a dramatic overtime victory and a 1–0 series lead over the Cleveland Cavaliers.
By June 8, 2018, Curry and the Warriors completed a four-game sweep to capture the championship. Wearing the White Championship Pack, Curry capped the series with a standout performance, recording 37 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists, while shooting 7-of-15 from three-point range.
